For starters, you can expect to be warmly greeted! You can also expect to experience a worship service in which many people enjoy personally connecting with God. We sing, clap and some even dance! While some like to sit and worship, others like to stand. We don’t believe in worshiping our traditions nor imposing them on anyone else. We respect everyone’s freedom to worship God in the way that is most cofortable for them. Our messages are down to earth and applicable to everyday life. When you visit, you’ll find people who are not at all interested in going through religious motions. We desire to be real with God, ourselves and others, and to experience the indescribable joy of being in the presence of our Heavenly Father.
We believe that, next to faith in God, healthy homes are the foundation upon which our lives our built and we are committed to doing everything we can to support and strengthen the family. Whether it’s in a LIFE (small home) Group, a program, a Sunday morning message or a family enrichment seminar, we have a wide variety of opportunities designed to meet various needs within the family.
Yes! Our programs for infants up to the 9th birthday, are held during our Celebration Service times. These programs are designed to share God’s love and message in an age appropriate way and at the same time enable parents to attend our Sunday Celebration Services.
We have a Jr. Youth ministry (ages 9-12) but do not presently have a Sr. High ministry.
Our infant and nursery rooms (infant -2 yrs) are on the same level with the sanctuary. When you enter the church, go up the stairs and to your left. Our Kids Alive Program (4-8 yrs.) is down the stairs as you enter and to the right.
Our P.I.N. (People In Need) ministry is available to meet emergency needs that can be confirmed as legitimate.
The Atlantic Project is a sailing program that mentors troubled youth. For more information go to www.atlanticproject.org
